This event is a make up party for the Be My Furry Valentine early shut-down and will once again include live bands and dj’s, dueling aerialists, a large visionary arts gallery, performances of all kinds, participation, imagination, a free open minded environment to dance, smile and breathe freely. We will also be showcasing our 3-D video mapping projections which instantly turn the whole club into moving mind altering art! And this time we WON’T be shut down!
We all had so much fun and we were all very upset that we couldn’t keep going. So we are having a Re-do party…..
There will be a sliding scale donation from $5 to 20 at the door. It is up to you!
All proceeds go to the venue, Artists and Burning Man Theme Camp Area 51 for 2012! We ask that you participate in the party in some way(bring something arty to play/do with others, bring candy or glitter to gift,Bring a flow toy to play with, dress in your best and shake it all night, enter the Alien Costume Contest, Bring paint and an easel and go to town live painting, bring a drum or other instrument for the outdoor smokers area/ no fire spinning unfortunately ).
We will be having an Alien Costume Contest for various Area 51 prizes ranging from a pair of tickets to Our Visionary arts festival, to Area 51 gear! Any space creature, alien, space person of any kind, and astronauts can enter, get creative! We cannot wait to see what you come up with!

We will keep you fully entertained all night long at the Metro Lanes on Metropolitan Parkway. This place is 100,000 sq ft and has the biggest parking lot ever, and so much space to spread out art out into every direction! The two stages are as follows….first is a 600 person roller skating rink that will require socks or bare feet (no liquids on the dance floor). The second second dance floor is a 900 person capacity transformed basketball court with our staging and lasers and 3D mapping. They also have a bar and restaurant, video games and more! Even though,
I had a job interview yesterday and another one on Wednesday plus a drug test.
I hope I don’t get the job so I can go to Miami and find work there.
I really dislike Georgia, so dull, so boring, it sucks.
Good news is Russell will probably move to Miami in May or June.
And also, since I visited Gainesville last weekend, Russell and I were thinking
about moving over there, buuuuuuuuuut, I realized I don’t really like all that much.
This year I want to move back to Miami and then go back to school to get my AA done already. Then when that’s done maybe move to Seattle or Cali.
I hate not knowing what I’m doing with my life.
